The Sunseeker Manhattan 60 is a well-balanced 60ft flybridge that suits regular use under co-ownership. She offers a practical layout, solid performance, and enough space onboard to work comfortably for both short trips and longer stays.

On board, there are three en-suite cabins, all properly proportioned for this size of yacht. The full-beam master provides the main onboard space, while the guest cabins are genuinely usable, including a twin setup that works well for families or rotating groups of owners.

The aft cabin area adds flexibility, whether used for occasional crew or additional guest accommodation depending on how the yacht is run.

The syndicate is already established, having been operating successfully since 2014, and runs the yacht in a structured and efficient way that aligns naturally with the Yacht Share model. A dedicated Boat Manager based in Mallorca provides local oversight and day-to-day support, ensuring the yacht is maintained, prepared, and runs smoothly between uses.

Running costs are shared proportionally between owners and cover mooring in Puerto Portals, maintenance, cleaning, laundry, and weekly turnarounds to keep the yacht consistently ready for use.
