Overview

This Falcon 86 stands out as an exceptional example of the model. That’s a bold statement to make, but when you discover the extent of her 2019 and 2021 refits, it becomes easy to understand why. Projects of this scale are only worthwhile when the underlying yacht possesses the timeless design and build quality to justify such an investment, and this yacht has proven to be the ideal candidate. The result is a yacht that combines classic styling with a refined, contemporary finish, complemented by CMC zero-speed stabilisers and modern Raymarine navigation equipment.

This spacious yacht was selected by the syndicate for her spacious four-cabin layout, accommodating up to 10 guests with two additional fold-out Pullman berths in the twin cabins. The owner’s cabin benefits from its own separate staircase, providing excellent privacy even when there are 10 guests on board. Each guest cabin has its own en-suite.

The syndicate is made up of shareholders, each enjoying six weeks of use per year. Several shareholders have chosen to purchase two six-week shares, allowing them to enjoy extended periods on board. The ownership group includes an even spread of nationalities, as well as retirees and parents with school-age children. This creates a broad cross-section of preferences regarding the choice of school holidays and those who prefer to avoid the busier periods on the Côte d’Azur.

With a full-time crew on board, the yacht is able to cover greater distances without always returning to her home port for owner changeovers. Co-owners therefore have the flexibility to pre-arrange handovers in destinations such as Corsica or Sardinia, allowing the yacht to extend her cruising grounds.

Her home port is Menton, where she is berthed in a particularly peaceful location with views of the old town, while remaining just a 45-minute drive from Nice Airport.

This syndicate is a Platinum Member of the Fractional Association and operates in accordance with the association’s Code of Conduct while meeting its Maintenance Management criteria. Owners also benefit from a dedicated website for selecting their cruising weeks, a communication forum, and real-time access to the management accounts.

The syndicate’s careful selection is reflected in this high-calibre yacht, which has been comprehensively updated, refitted and customised.
