She’s the popular three Cabin Version, which means she is equipped with a powerful generator to run the AirCon, TV Satellite Antenna, Radar, GPS/Plotter and depth. Her equipment includes an Auto Pilot with repeater in the Flybridge as well as a Stern Passarelle by Benzonni, plus Bow and Stern Thrusters for easy manoeuvring in close quarters.
This experienced syndicator has a fleet of yachts on its books, providing a full yacht-management service with a professional crew available if you need them. The yacht’s usage programme is designed to be fair and flexible, allowing good individual usage through the four season system. The co-owners have 80 days a year with a 25% share, and every season comes with 20 days available for each co-owner.
The balmy weather in the region means the yacht is available throughout the year. There’s a brilliant all-inclusive service package to make your arrivals and departures easy and fun. All you do is use the syndicate’s online reservation system to book. And you can track the boat’s progress any time you like using the Track and Trace system.
The yacht will be registered in Spain into a Spanish SL with the co-owner taking on 25% of the company by shares. The shares are always free to sell on.
