This brand new Astondoa 43 Open cruiser offers 2 cabins; a mid cabin with twin beds and a forward cabin with double bed. She is moored in the Marina Salinas in Torrevieja, a modern and fully equipped yacht club with restaurants and bars.
The saloon is integrated with a galley, which offers kitchen equipment storage, a fridge and an electric cooker with sink. It’s invisible when covered, transforming the area into a useful shelf. The open 43 is loved for its unusually spacious outdoor deck, complete with large seating areas and sunbed areas. There’s an enclosed garage for her small tender. She also features a handy, fully equipped washroom plus a saloon area with a sumptuous sofa and state of the art entertainment system, including a TV and DVD.
This syndicator has a fleet of yachts on its books, offering a full yacht-management service with professional crew available if needed. Their usage programme is designed to be fair and flexible, enabling good individual usage through a 4 season system. The co-owners get 80 days a year with a 25% share. This means there are 20 days available per season for each co-owner.
The yacht is available throughout the year because the winter months are still pleasant on this lovely, mild Spanish Costa. The Marina Salinas is within walking distance of the city centre, perfect for great nights out and a relatively short cruising distances from Ibiza, Mallorca and the Mar Menor.
The syndicate provides an all-inclusive service package to make arrival and departures a true pleasure, and simple to arrange through the syndicate’s online reservation system for easy booking. Even when not on board, owners can view the Track and Trace system to follow the movement of the yacht.
This yacht is registered in Spain into a Spanish SL. The co-owner will be the owner of 25% of the company in shares, which you are free to sell on.
