This is a privately-owned yacht that has had very little use. The owner is still busily engaged running his UK business so simply cannot spend the amount of time on board he hopes to when he retires. He is therefore looking for two likeminded co-owners to share her and will run her under the Fractional Association and Yacht Share Network structures and code of conduct.The yacht is exceptional, fastidiously maintained and with very low hours. Her home port in Tuscany is Marina di Scarlino, providing easy access to Elba, Corsica and Northern Sardinia, for some delightful cruising. For the less adventurous, there’s also plenty to see and do, on the Italian mainland.Access to Scarlino is straightforward with regular EasyJet flights to Pisa. From Pisa Airport one can hire a car, or jump on a train (efficient and cheap) to Follonica (nearest town) and then it’s a 10-minute taxi ride to the Marina.The boat is carefully managed by a local Englishman (speaks fluent Italian of course), married to an Italian woman and his well-run business is supporting and servicing a handful of boats at very fair prices. He is a Professional Skipper and Yachtmaster and clearly passionate about his vocation.
