Fractional Yacht Ownership in Americas & Caribbean

The eastern seaboard of the United States offers a myriad of magical ports steeped in a timeless elegance. Add the Caribbean to the mix for winter cruising and it becomes clear why so many yachts never leave this region; they simply follow the snowbirds north and south and north again following the respective seasons.

On it goes, because Washington and her myriad of Islands adds yet another dimension, before even mentioning the Pacific waters of the Californian coast!

The distances are vast so no passage ever need ever be the same. Cruising between New England and the Virgin Islands and vice versa offer more ports of call than anybody could possibly cover over many successive years. That just one coastline. There is an equally exciting one on the other seaboard. That’s what makes a fractional yacht so worthwhile here. Every passage and every year will bring new experiences and keep you and your family and friends wanting to come back for more, again and again.

The variety of destinations is equally as amazing as are the number of destinations. From buzzing and glitzy cruises up the Hudson River past Manhattan, or west coast whale watching, to the un-spoilt picture postcard palm fringed beaches of the Bahamas or Caribbean islands, there really is something special on offer for every occasion and for everybody.

We work closely with this market leading fractional syndicator who specialise in superyacht fractions.

They are a member of the Fractional Association and are renowned for their professionalism and expertise in fractional yacht management. This operation has truly earned its place very much at the top end of the yacht syndication marketplace.

This syndicate is on a perfectly sized crewed yacht to get into the smaller coves and harbours on the eastern seaboard. She follows the seasons from New England in the summer months down to Florida and the Caribbean in the winter months.

Designed by Humphreys Yacht Design, this innovative 2009 80 foot Monte Fino was developed with European Italian looks and sleek lines extending from the aft deck forward. These lines are carried into the interior as well; where you will find an expansive living space for the most discerning of owners and 4 double cabins for guests.

This new Monte Fino Hard Top model has been fitted with an extensive list of extra equipment including Trac stabilisers, bow and stern thrusters and with an optional hardtop.

The lower deck offers an extremely spacious layout with a 4 cabin, 4 head plan: mid ship central owner’s cabin with panoramic windows on both port and starboard sides, VIP Guest cabin to fore, and two twin guest cabins in between. Aft is a 2 berth crew cabin with shower room.

Monte Fino yachts have gained a fine reputation for their semi-bespoke, high quality boats which represent excellent investments.

From an aesthetic point of view, the all‐new superstructure designed by Humphreys now boasts a streamlined and powerful aspect accentuated by the tapered effect of the main saloon windows, while a pair of large panoramic viewing ports, inset into the hull just above the waterline amidships, gives occupants of the owner’s suite a stunning position from which to view the world outside.

Powered by twin CAT 3412E 1400hp diesels, the Monte Fino 76 has a top speed of 23 knots, and at her cruising speed of around 12 knots has a range of 680 nautical miles.
